We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially with our toddler. The staff were super friendly and quickly set up a crib for us. The blackout curtains were a lifesaver for better naps, and the room was spacious, featuring a fridge and microwave for snacks. We loved exploring nearby local eats too!
My kids wished there were play areas or a pool for them to enjoy during our downtime.

Oh man, where do I start? The local eats are on point, with Twisted Pickle just around the corner, serving some killer sandwiches. Plus, the shuttle service was wickedly convenient for hitting the town. Our stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was cozy, and the staff were super friendly.
But, checkout on the 13th was a bit of a hassle. We were left in the lobby waiting for our valet without knowing my car wasn’t even requested until we inquired. Still, it didn’t ruin the vibe.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location was convenient, especially for visits to the nearby hospitals, which was a big relief during a stressful time.
A larger variety of dining options on-site would help.

Accommodating staff made a memorable experience, offering a free shuttle service and suggestions around local dining. The king room provided excellent comfort and cleanliness. Room service was prompt, delivering delicious classic American dishes, enhancing our overall satisfaction. A minor oversight was the lack of do-not-disturb door hangers, but that hardly detracted from a fantastic stay.

I appreciated the free shuttle service, which made it easy to get to nearby restaurants and Roswell Park. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and eager to help. I had a minor issue with the heating unit being a bit noisy at night, but it didn’t really disrupt my sleep. I also thought the grab-and-go breakfast offerings could be improved. it was convenient but could use more variety. Overall, the convenience to the hospital made this hotel a great option for our visit.

missingWrote a review on May 27inconvenient parking
Parking is a serious hassle. limited street access makes checking in a challenge, especially during busy hours. Valet service incurs additional fees, adding extra stress whenever you need your vehicle. Also, noise from neighboring rooms can be bothersome, so light sleepers beware. Some found the breakfast options unappetizing, making mornings a bit of a letdown.
