I had a big bedroom. Central location and justified prices for what you get.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a family member who had complications while on surgery and had to spend a second night. Staff very helpful and sympathetic.
We booked on line and could not get the discounted rate for folks with family at the hospital. It cost my sister in law an extra $50

They didn't pick me up from the airport although I have emailed them through my booking request... They sayed that I have to call them by phone

Valet service was quick and check in and out was a breeze. Was greeted with fresh cookies when we checked in. Room was clean and nice for the price.
Area to park while checking in is very small. At one point it was full and parking there for the valet to move the car was difficult, but it wasn't that bad of a problem.

The bed was uncomfortable. person on the right side had to hold on to the edge or they rolled to the middle. The laundry list of things the check in clerk ran through was soon forgotten. The advertisement card that said there was a complementary breakfast for 4 was wrong.

we checked in for the night from Canada (to go shopping). We were greeted with cookies at the front seat, valet parking and everything was in order.

Parking is valet only significantly increases the daily cost of staying here.

everything is great!! the staff is very friendly and helpful. the cookie is the best!!!love it!!!! it makes me feel like in home. and we lost our one room card when we check out, they didn't charge for that. I will definitely come back!
only it doesn't have parking lot, but they does have valid parking, we give our key to the staff, and they can help us to park.

The staff was great from check in to check out. Loved the cookies we were given upon checking in. The room was beautiful & spacious, as well as clean. The on demand cable was a great way to keep up on shows at the end of the evening.
The pillows weren't the greatest, & the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Also the neighboring room was a bit raucous late in the evening.
